Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo designed that will utilize existing design aspects from my current real estate logo from the Graham Group LLC. I would like to use black red and white as the design colors and incorporate the phoenix into the design. I would also like to use the same lettering font. The main design driver from the uploaded examples will be the word Elite with the last E facing inward and the i being replaced with a number 1. The 1 should incorporate the phoenix head from the Graham Group logo as the top of the 1.
