Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

Hi there,
We are looking for someone to design a t-shirt for us. I have an idea of what I need and have posted my "vision" in the attachments. I want the shirt to incorporate some of our corporate branding. We have a "swoosh" design on our website (that will need to be recreated) that I want to repurpose as a road. At the top of the road, I want a little house (in a cartoon style) and two people walking down the road. At the top of the design, I want it to say "scPharmaceuticals walks for patients"

On the front of the shirt, we will have our company logo in the top left chest.
