Resumen de Diseño de Logo

This landscape business has been open for 33 years. It has had the same logo design for the entire time so we are rebranding. I want the design to be more simple and minimalistic. I would like the palm trees to remain a part of the design. That is the most recognizable aspect of the logo and it needs to stay in some way. I have uploaded the current logo and some samples that a local person has created. I think the font in the samples is not what I am looking for. I want clean simple interesting and straight forward with the the palm tree aspect involved somehow to reflect the previous 33 years of business.
