Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

My business is St. Croix Chocolate Company, an award-winning fine chocolatier. We are in need of some fun t-shirts that we can give to staff and also sell. The concept here is that we (the staff) work in the "chocolate mines" and that makes us Dopaminers (get it, like dopamine, the happiness neurotransmitter in the brain, which chocolate activates).

So I need a design that includes some or all of the following:
Illo: Old-timey miner with a pick-axe and possibly some rocks. Can be silhouetted, super-hero style, or cartoonish.
Words: St. Croix Chocolate Co. official Dopaminer: We dig happiness
Our logo (this can be part of design, on back, on sleeves, etc). Can be reversed, rendered in color, or whatever.
