Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need to refresh the logo of an electrical company and change the name of the company. The company is small and offers a range of electrical services.
On the logo the name Borgeat Electricite SA should be replaced by Devanthery Electricite SA.
The colour palette of the logo must be retained.
We would prefer to modernise the current logo, so the general look of the logo should be retained, but we are also open to new, more modern ideas.
