Hello, since this will be used on web thus can I make the animation with css, js?

In my brief, it is not allowed to copy my animation.

The only thing that can be copied is the valve operations, and piston operation.
This sequence must be equal.
It is only possible to use, butterfly-valves, ball-valves or knife-valves.

Otherwise, you have to create something unique. If not, I will give you all only 2 stars, or exclude you!

Please not submit animations. I will select the designer based on a "concept picture".
Then the designer can use more time completing the animation.

3D is not what I am looking for. The animation must be a pure 2D vector animation.
Tanks should maybe have some 3D look, just to get the picture.

I have not yet selected the design. I am working mostly with one designer, but he seem to be fumbling with it, and takes much time. You can try, but I cannot promis anything. Please create the animation in vector (SVG), and read the brief and check out the hand-sketch TIF.
