Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Precishop is an online eshop for high quality industrial products related to the manufacturing sector.
Precishop is born from a participation we took from the company "Precitool" Germany, respectively the comercial right for the Swiss market (www.precitool.de).
As Precitool has his own corporate design and rules, we can't the exact same font or concept for our logo. A clear differentiation is needed.

We wish to have to logo scenario:
1. Precishop (itself)
2. Precishop by VSB Group

We wish to get a nice and light logo showing high standard and quality.
Preferably colors (blue, black, red).

The logos design provided are just example.
the file name "logo.jpg" is to close from the corporate design of Precitool Germany and therefore not accepted.
