Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Looking for a modern, sleek and professional logo for my new civil construction/earthmoving company called KG CIVIL QLD PTY LTD. I don't want the PTY LTD in the logo and I also want the QLD in a small discrete place so as not to be apart of the logo but for legal reasons in the logo. I would like to have an excavator arm incorporated in the logo. From a colour perspective I want a logo that can be black on white, white on black and in colour so therefore the colours of the logo cant be part of the design. Thanks
