I need a spirit button/pin for the 2023 Navy versus Army college football game. It should be a cartoon muscular goat (Navy's mascot) stomping with its hind legs to crush a mule (Army's mascot) under the words "Goat Feat 2023" and over the words "Stomp Army!"

It should be in the style of the attached "Usna bill the goat strong cartoon picture" file and according to the rules/parameters in the "IMG_1336.jpeg" file.

The Army mule mascot is generally depicted as in file "IMG_1337.png", but will need to be comically crushed on the ground something like that shown in file "IMG_1328.jpeg".
