Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Refer to the two information sheets attached to this brief. We'd like a new logo, that somewhat respects the corporate guidance of our existing Company name and MLX branding. Our colours are grey, green and white - see also the attached guideline. Fibre gurad feedroll inserts are a product that protects a log from damage as it transitions through our debarker. A feature is that they can be replaced when worn instead of replacing an entire feedroll. The Logo can be of a different 'flair' to the two current logos (attached).
The logo might be nice to have the "by Nicholson" tagline and also incorporate the "TM" symbol in the upper right. Whle looking for a 'corporate theme' I am looking for something a little differnt to the other two logos attached... and the logo should be relatively simple to print, or embroider... it will likely need to be applied to the part itself - so should not be too complex... I am not looking to 'redesign' the 'debarking ring' portion of our logo - if that is included in the design
