We are wanting to make our website more modern, as we find it is too cluttered, seems "old" and we want a new look. (www.upperedgepm.com)

We are wanting something fresh, clean and responsive, something that aligns with today's social media demands, something that allows our potential customers to immediately get a sense of the type of company we are.

Our current website was created on Wordpress and we will be keeping that core platform but wanting a new look and feel to it. The only thing we want to keep on the website is our "FOR RENT" page, although again we are open to having that look completely different as well (our programmers can adapt the functionality later)

Position or Value Proposition

To whom are we speaking?
- real estate investors, including first timers that are giving us their first starter home. They are not "big time" investors, and because they are giving us their first home (in contrast to an investor buying a rental property, often sight unseen) they are more emotionally tied to their property and will require a company that inspires trust and confidence.

What is our brand promise?
- we will do our best to serve our clients, both owners and tenants, to give them prompt communication, clear, concise answers to their questions, and look after their property quickly and competently.

Why is our product different than the competition and why should our customers care?
- Our management product is superior because we use a combination of technology and strict procedures to ensure each client's experience is consistent, each and every time.

• Too many pages. Currently we feel there is too much information on each tab, and we can consolidate into about 5 or 6 tabs.
