Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

I would like a front and back t-shirt design as an award for folks who complete some number of weeks of exercises. It would like 2 versions of the design. One for a light colored t-Shirt where the text and colors are appropriate and one for the darker shirt. It needs to be at most 2 colors. I am looking for something that indicates cardio style workout. It needs to mention the following.
