Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Need a logo design for a company that provides online courses for residential real estate agents. The name of the company is "Real Estate Pro Training." The focus of the training is on helping real estate agents to be more professionally competent. My initial idea was to have an icon of a house, but the roof of the house is a book that's upside down. But after seeing several designs, the book just looks like a roof. Another option is to put a graduate's mortar board with tassel as the roof. Needs to be simple enough to show well at small sizes like in a favicon so I don't want a lot of lines or it to be too busy. I would like an icon on the left of the house, and then the words "Real Estate Pro Training" either below or to the right. I like this blue #004D99 and this yellow #FFF500 . I don't have a font picked out but I am assuming sans serif for more of a professional look. I've attached an image of a logo that I look as far as the overall look of clean lines. Don't want it too busy or geometrical.
