I'm looking for a four panel piece for Community Phone similar to the attached ad for MDHearing that is a clean, not too busy look using the elements from Community Phone's website:

We like to include impactful imagery on the cover, more details on the service like a quote from their Founder, a "How it works" section, and other simple icons to communicate Community Phone's benefits in the middle two panels, and testimonials on the back.
