Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a revamped logo for my safety toe footwear-focused store. We are a third generation brick and mortar family-owned business located in Newport News, Virginia. We sell quality steel toe work footwear for men and women, and also carry work and utility clothing from known brands. My vision is a logo that looks tough, durable, and masculine. I'm inspired by the look of iron rivets (like the hull of a ship) or welded metal. I would like to see a horizontal logo that uses either gray or black, with a masculine feel. No scripted fonts. I like the look of an arch, rectangle, or some sort of decorative border (like Duluth Trading). If any color is used, a rust/pumpkin orange is okay (something that references safety, but not safety orange). Attached are my old logos which use the Rosewood Standard Fill font.
