Resumen de Diseño de Logo

A logo for a health insurance agency in Atlanta GA. We are consultants that design and administer healthcare plans for our small business clients. I like colors like charcoal, metallic green, grey, black, white. I don't like bright colors at all. I would like to incorporate a feather into the logo because I think that feathers are classy. I don't want the feather to look cartoony I want it to look pretty realistic. I am open to logo's without a feather but am most interested in having it included. I have attached a logo I made that I actually like but would like a professional to take a stab at it. I would like the feather to be a little more realistic.
