Hi, Just want to confirm if the request to use Yogi Bear and TNT characters is a must. They are copyrighted materials therefore there is risk of infringement if they are used. If it is really a must have requirement, would it be possible to put on the brief that the designer will not be liable for any legal issues that may arise from the use of these characters. It is also necessary to have this on the brief because DesignCrowd deactivates account for copying.

The Yogi Bear is a must, but the teenage mutant ninja turtles is a text font and theme suggestion. The T and C surf design is a suggested theme as well.

The logo created is not going to be sold nor distributed. It’s just going to be used on a couple of sweatshirts as gifts for friends

Hi, coloratura. Thanks for your design. It includes a lot of great artwork.
As per Yogi Bear, can we add a doctor’s white coat and remove the microphone-speaker.
I’d like ‘Turtle Neck Punk’ to be arranged in a circle around the central artwork, and the font to be the same as the font used in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles graphics with some ooze dripping from the letters. And I’d like Yogi to be riding a surf board.
I’m having trouble pasting images to the discussion board. I went to Google and typed “town and country surf designs: wood & water rage’ and found lots of images of what I like.
