Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

I would like a sophisticated, luxury, high-end flyer designed to have printed/mailed and emailed to select businesses with the opportunity to Pre Lease space in the Luxury Health & Wellness development named "The Franklin" located in Bluffton, SC. I have already created the logo design for The Franklin that I would like predominantly displayed on the flyer. I also have an exterior rendering of the building that I would like predominantly displayed. I have uploaded a flyer that I created with a brief description and highlights of the development that you can incorporate in to the flyer design. Lastly, I've uploaded 2 photos of the surrounding landscape that I would like to use in the flyer. I would like the flyer to be more minimalistic in design rather that cluttered and too busy. I would also like parts of the flyer to be in black/white/grayscale with other areas that have pops of color to keep it modern and interesting.
