We're a new cyber security consulting firm based in Melbourne, Australia. We focus on the small/medium market because they're (a) the largest market segment but (b) also the most vulnerable.

What we DON'T want is the standard shields, swords and other cliched militaristic stuff that we usually get offered. We're catering to the "accidental CISO" who has suddenly found themselves responsible for cyber security. They know they need it, they know it costs - they just don't know what to spend it on first and how much is enough.

Our focus is on helping them identify the handful of key risks and then a pragmatic and cost-effective set of controls to mitigate those risks. We also run very realistic exercises to help the Accidental CISO get the key decision makers on board.

I've included one idea that we like but that might need a bit more "pizazz".
