Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are in need for a logo for our company, we are dedicated to create seasoning and RUBS products enhance the taste of meats and vegetables.
we have a logo but we are not happy with it, the reason is that our company name its Iconic Chefs, the logo when printed in our label products gets reduce to fit in the labels and the word "Chefs" its almost not readable, we like to conserved the elements of a pan and a chili, the colors black, red and green, but maybe another fonts or new deas. we want to keep it modern but not so serious. we would be happy to share our ideas but we are very happy to received different designs. i attach the actual logo and an example of the final label product.
