Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hi there, we are looking for a logo for our commercial mortgage financing company. (We had an issue previously when purchasing naming rights and we couldn't complete the logo design process in time). We are looking for something that is simple, minimal but communicates a strong business/financial sense.

Colours.... dark/royal blue with platinum in it. Potentially something along those lines. Trying to keep the same colours as the website when it's launched. Please see snip 3 as an example.

Something in a square or box. I've uploaded some examples (Snip 1,2 & 4). Feel free to just do something else if you have a better idea.... (Snip 3 is an example of a competitor in the space) Really open to whatever.

Additionally, we would need another logo after this is done. so this is a 2 part design ask. It would need to replace the word "capital" with "equity".
