Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I would like to use a take off of the Punisher Skull Logo but with a Shamrock image of the three clover leaves as the top of the head of the skull. I have downloaded a photo of the logo similar to what I had in mind where they used a dog's paw as the top of the skull for a K-9 military working dog camp. It does not need to be any particular color as it will be monochromatic whenever it is produced. I would prefer to have it be rounded though as if it would be produced in a circular fashion similar to the attached patch. I am open ideas but would like to see a version with a Celtic font and anything else that might give it a "Celtic" feel while not making the logo look to "busy".

I want it to say "Shamrock" at the top of the skull and below it for it to say "Asset Management".
