Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I was looking for some artwork for a basketball player on my team. Below is the two things I was hoping for. If you can do this could you let me know around what the price would be and how long it would take please.

I was hoping for the following as his IG tag is “Noah With a Bucket” so looking for a logo with those words.
Something like this with the handle of the bucket being the U in the word Bucket. Thats my bad Moch up attempt.

Then I was hoping for a cartoon version of him. This would not be with the words behind just the character. Where he has a basketball dribbling and in his other hand he has a bucket. For him on his jersey we dont want a team name or logo just his number 23. He also does wear a head band so we could add that. Below is what I kinda of mean with the basketball dribbling idea just need to add the bucket. I will also attach pictures of him.
