Dear Project Owner,

Some good submissions; the more realist, the better as this is a real world adaptation of the source material.
Here are some clarifications. The locomotive needs to be pointed the other direction, ready to depart to the mountains, parked by the raised loading dock with the heroin standing next to it, ready to step towards & onboard the engine. Although the point of view is from behind, it’s as if she is sizing up the engine versus the mountain to come. No pony tails or hair ties; pants, not overalls. Western US region but not “old west”; late 20th century (1950s to 1970s-ish). Immediate area around the station is flat front range; mountains in the distance.
As good as some of this artwork is, none of the submissions are what I’m looking for. Please see the updated project description for a more accurate explaination
Greetings, I hope you are well. You could make a sketch no matter how it turns out, no matter how rudimentary or how it turns out. To know well the location of the locomotive and how you see the escesa on the cover... It's just that it's a little confusing... not for you but for one to be able to imagine it, yes. Thank you
I just posted a concept photo on the brief page. Please check that out for how objects in the picture should be oriented.
Greetings, thank you very much, it helps a lot to see your perspective.
Dear Project Owner,
Kindly review my design and share your insightful feedback. Please inform me if you require any modifications.

I posted two pictures of steam locomotives to base the one on the cover off of. These are analogs and alterations can be made but pay attention to the number & size of the wheels as these are what is described in the story. Either one will do for the cover as the larger one is initially intended to be used but the smaller one has to take its place.
