Please keep in mind we are a Real Estate Brokerage Group that does Farm & Ranch, Commercial, and Residential. The two partners have a passion for ranch properties, are very versed in Commercial Real Estate Sales, and we do residential (but only for select clients as we don't like the emotion involved in Residential). Most importantly we LOVE finding clients the perfect hunting, cattle, and or equestrian horse property. While we would like to focus on farm & ranch, we also want to stay involved in commercial and residential markets. In Texas, people buy ranches to shoot guns, hunt animals, fish, ride horses, and to get away from the complexities of the city. Most of our clients are conservative rugged individuals that are not attracted to the glamor and lights of the big crowded cities. They eat steak, drink beer, shoot guns, and do not tolerate people that object to any of the aforementioned. 75% of our clients buy with cash and don't borrow $ for recreational purposes. We want the phone to ring and have the interested person on the other end have us find them their perfect rural property for their needs. Sunsets, cattle, windmills, rivers & streams, wildlife, endless beautiful view from atop high buttes are what we are all about. Blue blooded american patriots that are looking for ranch for peace and tranquility.
