Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I'm looking for a logo for our our linebackers group for a high school football team. The team is the LaPorte Slicers from LaPorte, IN. We refer to our linebackers as the "Badgers" for their fearless and relentless play. Our team logos always include an axe and at times a grim reaper image (our stadium is across the street from a cemetery). Our team colors are orange and black. The logo will be used on t-shirts and in our team presentations.

I would like a logo that integrates the axe in our logo and has a badger representation in the logo. The logo can use multiple colors but needs to be usable in single color screen prints for t-shirts as well.

I've included several graphics/logos that we use for the team. I've also included a few badger themed images that I was able to grab through google that are interesting and have some of the look I'm looking for.

The most important features of the design in my mind are:
1) badger imagery
2) integrate the Axe from our logo
4) use of orange and black colors
3) ease of use on t-shirts, documents and posters
