The design needs include: 1) a homepage design, 2) ~12 customized icons used on the homepage, 3) a layered image (city landscape with company logo on it) used as a fullwidth background image on the homepage. The client wants a site that is pleasant on the eye and easy to navigate. The client wants the site to project the organization as being professional and innovative.
