This will be for a company that owns industrial buildings that have multiple tenants. We need a logo that includes the words “Doors and Spaces”, and a graphic. The Doors and Spaces wording will need to be easily readable as we will be putting it on the sides of buildings with lighted signs, so it also needs to be simple.

Maybe Doors and below it the word Spaces and then “and” which will be at the end of both works and be vertical?
