Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

Hi, we need an updated flyer style. Looking for a professional conference style based on our website www.heatpumpsummit.org and the two flyers attached. One is from our first event, second blue one is from our current event we need help with.

We want to feature ~4-8 speakers and 4-8 logos (logos and speaker images can be copied from our one page website).

We are looking for a style to be established and our web design person in house can adjust for fitting our final content in Figma or Illustrator (Figma preferred but not required).
