can you provide chracter detail?

I see it as this blob with eyes like a Cheshire cat, which appears and disappears, can curl up into something very small, there is some lightning and something moves (arms/legs) light animation. The goal is for it to become small and move around the site into given blocks and appear again, maybe in some different poses. This is something from the future, but at the same time close to a person, but not a humanoid, he should have a coin logo on his chest, as in the attached file
