Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I would like a logo for my construction company, Tempo Construction. I would really like to have the name in a classic or industrial looking but easy to read font and a logo emblem featuring an hourglass (tempo means Time in several languages). I would like the hourglass to look somewhat industrial and simplistic rather than whimsical or ornate.
For example, a straight lined black hourglass with diagonal white stripes throughout, possibly grey grains of sand. Would prefer black, white, and grey only.

Reviewed all designs submitted as of 11AM EST 6/2, thank you all so much for your designs, these are all very impressive. I removed many which don't fit the theme we had in mind in order to make reviewing the designs easier. Sending comments to the top 5 designs as of now with specific feedback. In general, we aren't looking for designs that don't incorporate the hourglass, so no need to submit any that are just combinations of the company letters, for example. So far we like the ones that feature diagonal lines and/or incorporate the letter T into the hourglass figure. Also hourglass figures that incorporate a building into the design somehow.
