please alter any designs with the Disney character, to "resemble" Jack Skellington, as this character's likeness is owned by Disney, and therefore cannot be reproduced in our logo.

instruct the designers not to use the exact image of Jack Skellington. Instead, they can use it only as a reference and create a similar design based on it. A design that can be considered not copy of the original design.
