Resumen de Diseño de Logo

This is going to be a logo for a GTA V (Video game) roleplay server. It is specifically for a department within the Emergency Medical Services system. The city name is Lucid City. Please, make this a mixture between professionalism and fun since it's really a video game; however, the logo needs to maintain some level of seriousness due to the fact that it belongs to the Government part of the game, and in addition to that, it belongs to the educational (training) part of the system.
