Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I want a simple logo created for my company called Stact. I have attached 2 images from other logos that i have looled at. I like the font style from the coloured image and like borh designs for their simplicity. I would like the logo on the left and name on the right. I would like a "cut out" so i can use the logo on an array of backgrounds.
