Resumen de Diseño Web

I would like to request an overhaul of our current website (www.commandingheightspioneergroup.com), which design.com builders initially designed. The goal is to update the site's look and functionality while maintaining most of the existing page structure. Specifically, I'd like to implement the following changes:

Visual Redesign:
Please redesign the site to more closely resemble the style and aesthetic of the following three websites:
https://www.apollo.com/
https://www.kkr.com/
https://alpineinvestors.com/

New Portfolio, Meet the team, News & Insights:
Add a new "Portfolio" page to showcase our acquired businesses and properties. As we currently don't have any acquisitions, please include a "Coming Soon" message or placeholder content that explains our acquisition strategy and future plans.

Client Portal (a log in function):
Implement a secure client portal with the following features:
User authentication (username and password)
Ability for us to assign login credentials to investors
A personalized dashboard for each investor, displaying:
Their investments (API to come in the next several months)
Relevant legal documents
Personal information
Payment transfer (ACH/Wire/crypto)

Existing Pages:
Maintain the current site structure and content for existing pages but update their design to match the new aesthetic from those 3 websites.
Potentially change the names and additional pages (Who we are, What we do, Meet the Team, Our portfolio, News & Insights and then a separate client portal tab that sends them to a login in screen)

Please provide an estimate for these changes and a proposed timeline for completion. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask.
