Resumen de Diseño Web

I have an existing word press website that was built using elementor.
Website: www.brightsidehealthcare.com.au

I require the Vacancies page (https://www.brightsidehealthcare.com.au/vacancies/) to be modified to display our new properties along with minor tweaks to how the information is presented.
The vacancies to be displayed are the exactly the same as those that are located on the homepage of ILV website (https://ilv.org.au/)

The new pages that link off the Vacancies tab will require custom design.
There are roughly 8 pages/properties to be incorporated. i wish for the design to be very similar to that displayed in the following link; https://www.vertika.com.au/vacancies/merrylands

Along with this the back end has not been updated for the last 3 years so it also requires some maintenance.

Website is in the disability industry and the custom pages will display information relative to Property Vacancies.

I have attached a ZIP file with some design guides, the information for each of the properties (which will need to be modified to show our business name Brightside Healthcare) and the example of how it is to look based off the Vertika website.

If you guys have any suggestions or ideas on how to make this more presentable or possible i'm open to your ideas.
