Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a 'Munin Defense Consulting'. Munin is taken from Norse Mythology and is one of the Ravens that sits on Odin's shoulder: "In Norse mythology, Hugin (Old Norse: "thought"[1]) and Munin (Old Norse "memory"[2] or "mind"[3]) are a pair of ravens that fly all over the world, Midgard, and bring information to the god Odin."
Munin Defense specializes in proposal authorship and management, as well as overall acquisition and program strategy.
I would like the logo to incorporate a Raven and either the words "Munin" or "Munin Defense" in strong, professional font. These will be used for Business Cards, Shirts (Polo with small logo on breast), and websites. It can be below, above, or overlayed on the raven itself; I am open to all options. For color, I would like to use Gold as the primary color that can be used with either a Black or White background.
Also, for the raven itself, I would like the wings to be in a position of flight or ready to take-off; see the attached files for reference.
