Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for my company (sole entrepreneurship) based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (but for international clientele). I would like a one and only logo to cover all types of services I'm offering (see below), which - to put it simply - all aim at helping people relax, being more present, and relieving stress, anxiety and tension.

The services I offer are:
1- Sound healing private sessions: I use singing bowls' sounds and vibrations to help my client relax, relieve stress, anxiety and tension, let go of energetic impurities, heal,.... (There are many benefits on the body and mind so it is hard to summarize).

2- Sound baths (groups): I usually start with a guided meditation and then guide small groups of people through sound journeys / sound baths, using mostly singing bowls' sounds and vibrations, along with a few other instruments. Again this is to help them relax, relieve stress and tension, and arrive in a healing meditative state.

3- Breathing inquiries and pranayama: I guide people through certain meditations that help them get in touch with their natural breath, understand it better, and listen to what signals their breath is sending them. Then I guide people through different breathing exercises called pranayama.

4- Embodied yoga: I am also a yoga teacher, teaching gentle embodied flow classes. The idea being to reconnect with the body, listen to what the body is telling us, what it needs, and what its limitations are.

5- Yoga nidra: I will soon start teaching yoga nidra classes as well.

For the logo, I would like something minimalistic, not too many colors / black & white could work, and nothing too "spiritual". So no chakra symbols, OM signs or any of that. Nothing to kitch or too "hippie", but rather something modern-ish to which even non-spiritual people can relate to. The final design should communicate a sense of safety, inner peace, relaxation and healing.

I would like a logo without text. As an option, a sub text can be added with "Sound, Breath & Yoga"
