Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

I need a graphic for a shirt design. This is a vintage style shirt that has a restaurant logo on the back and its a sign that's outlined in neon green light and I want that neon to look like its glowing. Use the green neon color in the we're open sign. THE SIGN NEEDS TO BE EXACTLY LIKE THE REAL SIGN. You can do a remake of the sign or use the picture and redo it to meet my desired look. As far as our print method I am thinking screenprinted or DTG as of right now. As for the shirt color, I would like the options of different colors if possible.

• the actual same Vintage sign that's in the photos and the neon glowing element. I am open to a redrawn sign but it must have the same element and look like the original. Make the sign look like it going off the back of the shirt at an angle. Could even have the building as a part of the design but I would want the sign to be oversized and the focus point. Follow the sign t shirts i posted with signs for perspective guidelines and look. I'd like for it to look like it is attached to a building with the building being subtly in the background with the sign standing out oversized
