Thanks for the reply, so as per the brief, you need at least 9 pages, design plus coding, would you consider you budget as it is low for the scope of work. Or should we only design the homepage for the contest and you will pay winner extra for the other pages?

I dont think its excessive as I am not after anything fancy or technical and the work of separate pages vs. one long homepage with all the components requested - I wouldnt assume is much more work splitting it across pages. No additional money will be paid. The job is as outlined.
