We work in the property sector.
We'd like a slide showing that our fees weigh very little compared with the savings we can generate if we do our job properly as property managers.
To do this, we've come up with a slide with a scale showing our fees on the left (which weigh less or the same) than the items on the right.
On the right you can see:
Savings on building maintenance costs
Savings on running costs
Optimization of vacant periods
Good monitoring of disputes to avoid rental losses
We welcome any other ideas you may have to highlight this concept (even off-balance sheet).
