Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Update: after seeing initial designs, I have added a few more idea logo bases.
Less leafy more watery. Wave like ok. Could keep 3 same shape "leaf" idea or not.
Don't want to completely redesign the shape.
I uploaded an option with two color wave like leafy shape
Alluvial means an ever changing water flow.
Initial:
Refresh and modernize our existing logo for various uses, web, social, print..
Keep the 3 leaf logo but update it, change the font for Alluvial Consulting, not sure what to though.
Would like to have 3 variations, 1 of just the 3 leaf, 1 with leaf and Alluvial Consulting and 1 with leaf, Alluvial Consulting, weblink and "Agile Change Agent".
Primary use is website, contracts, business card, and promo materials like stickers.
