Project Brief: Logo Design for "Spotter" by TopSpot

Company Background:

TopSpot: A well-established property management company specializing in luxury short-term vacation rentals in Colombia. With over 9 years of experience, we manage 100+ luxury properties and have built a trusted, recognizable brand.

Spotter: Our new brand, "Spotter," will cater to non-luxury properties, focusing on more affordable options while maintaining the same high-quality service. Spotter is an extension of the TopSpot brand, and we would like the logo to reflect that connection but feel free to explore other ideas.

Design Goals:
We are looking for a logo for Spotter that:
Somehow relates to the established TopSpot brand (visit: www.topspot.com.co to view our current logo, also attached). This is desirable but not a must, feel free to create outside the box.
Maintains consistency with TopSpot in terms of visual identity, such as using similar colors, fonts, or design elements, but with a unique, fresh twist that appeals to a younger audience. Again this is not a constraint, the winner design could be something new or a bold variation.
Conveys trustworthiness, warmth, and friendliness while being uncomplicated and easy to read.

Brand Association:
While we want the logo to have its own identity, it should also visually connect with TopSpot to build on the existing brand recognition. It is preferable (but not mandatory) that the new logo includes the slogan "by TopSpot" to highlight this association.
The logo should remain compact and versatile across digital and print mediums.

Target Audience:
Spotter's target market includes a younger demographic seeking affordable and reliable short-term rental options. The design should be modern, approachable, and straightforward.

Design Preferences:
Creativity is essential. We are looking for unique designs that capture our brand's essence without overcomplicating the look.
No AI-generated designs. We are familiar with AI tools, have tried them all and want original concepts. AI-generated designs or copies of AI-generated work will be disqualified.

Tone & Feel:
Warm, friendly, and trustworthy.
Compact, clean, and simple.
Aimed at a younger customer base.
Deliverables:
A logo design that fits the above criteria, including variations (if any).
Optional: Integration of the slogan "by TopSpot".
