Basically, they have removed all the time-wasting steps normally required in surgery, but have maintained all the accuracy and precision needed for excellent results. Actually, their joint replacement technique has much fewer complications than ordinary techniques.
The term this team uses for this efficient technique is "12 by 12". Which means they can do 12 joint replacement surgeries by noon (12pm).
We need a very clever logo that depicts the efficiency of this surgical process. It needs to be clinical and health-care like.
