Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am looking for a very simple logo that is able to be embroidered on hats easily and printed on shirts. The business is called "Tier One Dads" and it focuses on trying to be the best dad you can be everyday. The only graphic I would like featured is a hand holding a torch in the forward position, to give the idea that dads provide direction, reassurance, confidence, and light. The design should be simple and masculine. Attached are two ideas I drafted in Canva and the other features the font I like and the artistic vibe I am looking for.
