We will need a place to put a sticker on the front of the bag with the information of the type of coffee, the roast (medium, dark, etc) the flavor notes, and grind (whole bean, or ground) 3"x3"

I attached a pdf with the dimensions of the bag.
Briefly: the front and back are 150mm x 180mm
In the center of the back is the valve the center of which is located 80mm from the top. On the back is the zipper as well that is located 30mm from the top.
The sides (gussets) are 80mm x 180mm

No, we do not. We were looking for the look of a dark blue background and a light blue that stands out with tan or gold to contrast.
