Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are merging two companies who fabricates Solar Shading Fabrics (we call this confectioning). One company is Nederlux and the other is Guillaume Janssen. Sol and Faction needs to be with capitals (orr all capitals) and a . (from Nederlux) behind the name/logo might look nice. Also the white/grey/yellow from GJ may be used, potentially in combination with the blue from NederLux. We fabricate solar shading fabrics by welding, glueing and stitching (might be some input). Sol is from Solar and Faction from fabrication and fabrics. Do not use a the SUN in the logo, this is too common (not interesting), maybe try also other colours?
