Our Niche: Creatively maximizing value on every build, we transform infill lots in the Treasure Valley into thoughtfully designed spec homes that embrace growth through every challenge, creating spaces where stories and communities thrive.

Core values: Lead with Honesty, Integrity and Character, Enjoy the Ride and have fun, Purpose everyday, Courageous, and grow through what you go through.

We're a younger group, that is aggressive, eager and creative. We need a brand to represent our home building business. It needs to be edgy. We build a home, not a box.
