Resumen de Diseño Gráfico
we have been serving our ice cream flavors for more than 15 years in the biggest shopping mall in our country. we are sandwiched between two other wall stores (a fruit salads and shakes store and a Cinnabon).
We are in the main hallway of the shopping mall, people are regularly on the go, or in a hurry… they dont have time to stop and read a lot of information or look at a lot of details.
We want to introduce our customers to all the other different ways of enjoying our ice cream… not only in a cup. We need something bold and visible to make them aware of all the products that we have. (since most interactions last a couple of minutes… people just stop and say “one small cup of …” and barely look at all the options that we offer)
We are launching exciting new ways of serving ice cream:
1. in a wafer cup baked at the moment (options are wafer cup, small cup, medium cup, large cup)
2. with marshmallow cream on the outer rim of the cup
3. with nutella or dulce de leche spread on the inner rim of the cup
4. with syrup on the bottom (choose between chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, caramel syrup) served on the bottom of the cup before the ice cream
5. put a topping on top (we have 10 different toppings to choose from, including whipped cream, coconut flakes, raisins, orange peel, chocolate chips, etc.)
6. as frozen snowflakes (a machine changes the texture of the ice cream so that it tastes and feels like snowflakes instead of being creamy like regular ice cream)
7. affogato: with a coffee espresso and the ice cream floating
8. choose a drink: we have cold brew coffee, horchata and other drinks that no one asks about…
Our store is a wall store, meaning all we have is a single wall behind the counter. On purpose we designed this wall to be a large, vast white space, with holes, like a pegboard, so we can hang different messages and elements. (measurements 290 cm / 9.5 feet height and 330 cm / 10.8 feet wide)
we are looking for great ideas on how to differentiate ourselves from our two neighbors, make ourselves visible, but most importantly, have the customer understand in a matter of seconds that there is more than a small cup, that there are other options he or she can choose.
