Thank you for beginning so quickly on this project. i am grateful to have access to so many wonderful design experts. I recently did a competition on this platform designing a logo for a new company and podcast I am forming this year called "The Initiative Institute" and "The Initiative Institute Podcast" I am the world's leading expert on Initiative and over 80,000 business organizations and teams around the world use my book "The Dog Poop Initiative" to help create meaningful discussions around the "poop" or the "unresolved issues" in their workplace. And then to take action to "Scoop it Up" instead of just pointing at it and complaining about it. i am hoping that with your help I can end this project with 2-5 solid and fun designs that represent the core message of the book.

Imagine that you and your team at work, read my book, enjoyed it, and had meaningful discussions about how it applied in their lives personally and professionally. Imagine that this simple message acted as a metaphor and that it inspired real change in your team. Imagine you saw your team members taking more ownership of things, engage in blaming others less, and instead started taking initiative and being proactive in leading discussions and solving problems. Imagine yourself wanting to say thank you to them and by buying the entire team a very cool tshirt that would let them know that you see them as SCOOPERS and as Leaders who take initiative. And imagine that were proud to wear that shirt... and that you were too. That is the shirt design I want from you. :)

Many of you are sharing just "bags of poop" or dog with Poop. And while your designs are great... It's not what I am after. That's not really what the book is about. It's about something much bigger to me. What I am really wanting to communicate is much more than just picking up dog POOP, I am wanting to communicate the power of how when we take initiative to clean up our lives, our workplace, our community, ... it's not just about picking up POOP - it's the metaphor that POOP represents all of the things in our lives that we know we should be picking up, improving ... it's about stopping making excuses and blaming others and taking action. Leaders take initiative, if you want to become a leader... then you must act to clean up the messes in your world and work. Not blame others ...
